J-first Saigon started from one simple operating field: the salon floor. Hair design, customer experience, team development and daily management were tested directly in Vietnam, with Vietnamese customers at the center.
From that foundation, the salon expanded into education, creative production, collaborations, market development and a bridge between the Japanese and Vietnamese beauty industries.
